Travis Bright (born January 5, 1983) is an American football guard who is currently a free agent. He was signed an undrafted free agent in 2009 by the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at BYU.

Bright was born in Orlando, Florida and attended Highland High School in Gilbert, Arizona where he was a three-year letterwinner. He was an All-state selection as a senior and earned honorable mention honors as a junior while also earning Arizona Dairy Association All-America honors.
Received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
Bright redshirted as a true freshman and he then sat out the 2005 season after suffering a leg injury during spring camp that resulted in three surgeries over the following nine months.
As a sophomore, Bright played in 13 games with 10 starts, including seven games at right guard and two games at left guard as part of an offensive line that helped produce an average 465.5 yards of total offense per game (fourth in the nation).
As a junior, Bright started all 13 games for the Cougars at guard as part of an offensive unit that led the Mountain West Conference and ranked 14th in the nation in passing offense, averaging 298.4 yards-per-game. Received a compound fracture to his right leg during the 2007 Las Vegas Bowl game and was not expected to recover in time for the following season.
As a senior, Bright was named to the All-Mountain West Conference second team as a team captain. He started all 13 games in 2008 at guard for an offensive unit that led the conference and ranked sixth nationally in passing per game (310.4) and 16th in total offense (444.8). Also won John Tait Strength and Conditioning Award and Ty Detmer Award for Leadership and participated in the 2009 East-West Shrine Game.
Bright participated in the 2009 NFL Combine. He did 34 reps at 225 lbs (second among offensive linemen), vertical jumped 35.5" (first among offensive linemen), and broad jumped 9'0".
On April 27, 2009, Bright was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. He was cut on September 5, 2009 and signed to the practice squad the following day. On January 17, 2010 he signed a future contract with Dallas. He was cut on September 4, 2010, and signed to the practice squad the next day.
He was released by Dallas on July 28, 2011.[1]
Bright served a church mission from 2002 to 2004 in Detroit, Michigan. Married to Alison Ashby from Kaysville, Utah. The couple has one son, Bode Glenn Bright, who was born in March 2008.
